That's Where I Come In.
I'm Jessica Roffe, and I've helped thousands of students and recent graduates navigate their college and career journeys throughout my 11+ years working at the University of Maryland. I am a Certified Career Services Provider (CCSP) and hold my Masters in Higher Education Administration from Columbia University's Teachers College and my Bachelors in Psychology from the University of Maryland. I look forward to working with you and your family to set you up for career success!

Career Launch
Clients will create or refine their resume, cover letter, and LinkedIn profile. Clients will identify their unique brand and learn how to infuse it into their documents and tailor their materials to each opportunity.
Clients will receive everything in the Career Essentials package plus networking and job search strategies to ensure they get noticed. Clients will also receive tips on interview prep, professionalism, and salary negotiation.
Clients will receive everything in the Career Accelerator package plus the opportunity to complete mock interviews and receive feedback. Package will also begin with in-depth career assessments to identify client's strengths, values, and interests.
