That's Where I Come In.
I'm Jessica Roffe, and I've helped thousands of students and recent graduates navigate their college and career journeys throughout my 12 years working at the University of Maryland. I am a Certified Career Services Provider (CCSP) and hold my Masters in Higher Education Administration from Columbia University's Teachers College and my Bachelors in Psychology from the University of Maryland. I look forward to working with you and your family to set you up for career success!

Career Launch
Clients will create or refine their resume, cover letter, and LinkedIn profile and define their unique personal brand, learning how to strategically tailor their materials for each opportunity.
Clients will receive everything in the Career Essentials package plus networking and job or internship search strategies designed to help them stand out. Clients will also receive in-depth interview prep, practice a mock interview, and receive feedback.
Clients will receive everything in the Career Accelerator package plus additional mock interviews and an introduction to salary negotiation. The program will also begin with in-depth career assessments to identify strengths, values, and interests.
